Notes from the south end Kitchen

Many companies host a  holiday gathering in the spirit of the  season. Thus far in my career I’ve attended quite a few perfectly pleasant events,  but I cannot remember one as unique or special , as this year’s Conroy and Company team event at Burlington’s south end Kitchen.  Fun, festive and delicious don’t even begin to describe the evening. Life altering and paradigm shifting  perhaps come closer. Chef Sarah blew my mind and forever changed my perspective on wine and food pairings. Chef made a delightful host as she  educated us on wine and food combinations that rocked our worlds.  Here are a few pix of the evening to enjoy.
