Surrounding Burlington to the east and south, South Burlington offers it all – condos, new construction, waterfront homes including Queen City Park, and affordable neighborhoods.  Many of Vermont’s new condo projects are located here, as well as beautiful Lakefront and lakeview homes.  The second largest city in the State is also home to the Burlington International Airport.

Similar to Jericho, there are two distinct village ‘centers’ and even two elementary schools – Underhill Central, and Underhill Independent Elementary, or Underhill I.D.  The eastern edge of the county, Underhill sits at the base of Mount Mansfield, and offers access via hiking trails up the famed highest mountain in the State. Underhill horse property is common, plus homes with mountain views.

The retail hub of the State, Williston includes the unincorporated Village and has been one of the fastest growing towns in Vermont. The Tafts Corner area is ground zero for national retailers, and the town has encouraged smart growth in condos, homes and carriage homes nearby.
